Made these seat spring mounts no long ago........

Can I find them, now i've cleaned my garage....can i feck..!!!!

Oh...and when someone bangs on your garage door.......before you open it, remember to turn off the ceramic heater....cuz it don't have take your door paint off quick.....ha.

Spring Clean !!!!!!

Decided to clean up the garage today......

The 3 things you need in your garage...Bud..welder..6T pre unit

(there is only so much you can do in a day)

Now feeling happier after a tidy up.....lit up a smoke n popped me head round dave's.
Dave lives next door (bloody handy that !!!!!) and he collects Even more shit than me!!!!

I'm shaving my legs

 not my own legs!!!  these Triumph legs..

cut off the mudguard fixing....

Throw it in the lathe......

strip the paint back to bare metal...

ready for primer & paint......

Now I wanted to lower these triumph forks by 2"...so this is the standard fork set up

top bronze bush.......ali damping sleeve.....bottom bush.....

Now when the missus ain't looking chop up her Hoover tube....

I kid you not!!!!! 38mm OD....33mm ID...Perfect.....2" long

Stick em back together....cut the springs by 1" to keep a bit of pre-load....bobs ya mums brother...

I'll let you work out which one has the extra spacer fitted...

Me & Johnny had a great day Riding with Benny & Bob last year...Whilst doing a bit of Filming for Flywheel TV.

Don't know if Johnny's speedo was working but we were about to ride Back to Benny's place via the Motorway!!!

This was Johnny's Brass horn!!! Take a good look......as the motorway riding took it's toll....It's now somewhere between junc 2 & 3 on the M42....Oh and if you ever have the misfortune of breaking down between those two junctions.....Av a look for it will ya...johnny would like it back!!!!
